Oils! Oils! Oils!
We are an oil-loving office. This week as we talk about emotional health, I wanted to share some oils that promote emotional wellness.
PEPPERMINT can create focus and wakefulness. It’s great for kids too. I’m thinking about all those long online learning hours.
LAVENDAR is calming and soothing. Drop a bit in your mask before going to the grocery store, or dab some on your feet before bed for a goodnight’s rest.
LEMON/CITRUS oils are very uplifting and cheering. Think about adding a couple drops to your water as a little cheery treat (make sure you use Lemon Vitality in a stainless steel cup or glass!)
